People:  We will bend our necks to your yoke and learn from you, for you are gentle and humble-hearted.

 

Leader:  Your souls will find relief.

 

People:  For his yoke is good to bear, and his load is light.

Compassionate Christ, we have come to learn from you who are gentle and humble in heart.  As we seek to emulate you in our worship, prepare us for your service as true and loyal companions.  Amen.
